posted 30 May 2017, 10:00 by Judith Pitchforth
Our popular listory walks are again part of the Festival - led this year by Lee Kenny, Eilis Coffey and Judith Pitchforth. We explore the fascinating history of Broomhill's four oldest public houses - the Nottingham House, the Fox and Duck, the York Hotel and the Broomhill Tavern. It's on three times - the same talk but in a different order to spread our custom at the hostelries!! Tickets £5 - payable only on the day.
Tuesday 13th June - 1.45 pm for a 2 pm start - at the Broomhill Tavern
Wednesday 14th June - 1.45 pm for a 2 pm start  - at the York Hotel
Wednesday 14th June - 7.15 pm for 7.30 pm start - at the Fox and Duck.
The walk will last approx 1.5 hours.
