Chairobics is chair-based exercise. This is a gentle, low-impact class designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination - all from the comfort and safety of a chair. Perfect for those with limited mobility, recovering from illness or injury, or anyone who prefers a supported form of exercise.
