Yarning Together

1st and 3rd Mondays of the month 

from 14:00 - 15:30

An inclusive yarn crafting group for all ages and abilities. Beginners welcome. Drop in with your project, enjoy a chat and a cuppa with fellow crafters. Suggested donation of £1 to cover refreshments. Just drop by! No booking required.

Tea, Talk and Tots

Tuesdays from 11:30-13:00

Term time only.

If you're new to the area, have small children (or not), would like to meet other people and maybe improve your English - please join us at Tea, Talk and Tots. This is an informal weekly gathering. Toys are available for the children to play.

Garden Blitz

Wednesdays from 11:00-13:00

Help us to clear and care for Percy Cane's heritage garden! Bring tools and gloves if possible. All levels of experience are welcome.

Walking Friends

Enjoy the many benefits of walking outdoors and meeting new people. Walks will be held in the local area. Pre-booking is required. Please CLICK HERE to signup. 

Chairobics sessions on Thursdays from 14:00 - 15:00 are full! If there is sufficient interest, we plan to offer a second session on Thursdays from 15:00 - 16:00.

Chairobics is chair-based exercise. This is a gentle, low-impact class designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination - all from the comfort and safety of a chair. Perfect for those with limited mobility, recovering from illness or injury, or anyone who prefers a supported form of exercise.

Community Litter Pick 

3rd Saturdays of the month 

from 10:30-12:30

Help us keep Broomhill clean! We'll meet up at Broomhill Community Library. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring gloves. Equipment provided. For children and adults.

We currently have five book groups which each meet monthly at 19:30 on the 1st and last Mondays; 2nd and 3rd Tuesdays; and 2nd Wednesday of the month.
